Genus - Ajuga

Ajuga is also known as bugleweed or carpetweed. The genus contains over 40 species, most of which are low ground covers with a blue, pink or white flower.

Ajuga grows as a rosette but will spread through underground stolons. Most ajuga has glossy foliage adding a crisp and clean look. Deer resistant.

Culture - Ajuga is very adaptable to light conditions and can live in sun, part sun or shade. Ajuga prefers moist sitings but is tolerant of some dryness.
