Genus - Lamprocapnos

Lamprocapnos is the reclassification of what used to be the genus Dicentra or common name of Bleeding Heart. The genus name is derived from the Greek 'Lampros' meaning bright and 'Capnos' meaning smoke. This genus is native to China, Korea, and Siberia.

Culture - Does best in part shade or morning sun. Plant goes summer dormant meaning it dies back in the summer. Needs good drainage. Keep it evenly moist for best growth.
